Our Bayahibe Snorkeling Trimaran Reef & Wreck Tour leaves directly from the pier in front of our snorkel shop, making it easy to begin your adventure without any long transfers.
The Dressel Bayahibe snorkeling team is totally focused on giving you a fantastic trimaran snorkeling experience, with safety always at the forefront. Our safety record in Bayahibe, and throughout our more than 30 years of providing daily snorkeling services in multiple destinations, is second to none.
Before departing, our equipment team will help you select a properly fitting mask and fins, followed by an extensive briefing about the trip, the equipment and proper snorkeling techniques.
In addition to the standard snorkeling equipment — mask, snorkel and fins — we provide snorkeling vests. These allow you to float comfortably at the surface with minimal effort and can also help you control your buoyancy in the water.

The highlights of this Bayahibe snorkeling trip is a visit to the Atlantic Princess, a shallow passenger-ship wreck that has become an artificial reef and a fascinating underwater habitat.

The wreck lies in relatively shallow water, making it possible to appreciate its shape and structure from the surface while snorkeling. As you swim above and around the Atlantic Princess, you can look down through the clear Caribbean water and see the outline of the vessel below, with marine life moving around the wreck and the surrounding reef.

Over the years, the wreck has become colonized by coral and other marine life. The Atlantic Princess is surrounded by reef, sandy areas and channels, creating a varied underwater environment.
