• Dive independently with a buddy: once you get the certification you will be able to dive with another open-water diver as a dive buddy and you will not need an instructor or Divemaster.
• Dive wherever the action is. As an Open Water Diver, you can scuba dive to 30 meters / 99 feet, dive with bull sharks, do wreck diving, or practice cenote diving.
A Jr Open Water Diver (12-14 years old) may also dive up to 60 feet / 18 meters.
A Jr Open Water Diver (10-11 years old) may only dive with a dive Professional, a certified parent, or a certified guardian to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet.
Open Water or Junior Open Water Certification Course Includes:
Duration: 2-3 days

✓ Furthermore, you can spread the hours on half days, consecutive or separate days, or as many days as you like.
Theory
We provide the manual online where you will be able to complete the reading and the knowledge reviews as well as the final exam. It will take you between 5-10 hours.
Pool
5 modules in the pool of 55 minutes each with complete equipment.
You would have to do all the pool sessions (5 pool sessions) divided in two different sessions (pool 1, 2 & 3 together and 4 & 5 together).
Open Water Training
4 boat dives with complete equipment.
The ocean dives can be done on the reefs nearby or depending on your location, during an excursion. Certified divers can join students on their dives.

If you are a vacationer and just want to dive a couple of times a year, the Scuba Diver program is perfect for you.
It is a certification, which trains you to dive until 12 meters / 40 feet and always under the direct supervision of a Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, or Instructor.
NOTE: If you are Junior Scuba Diver you can obtain an adult certification without any additional training when you turn 15.

E-LEARNING
Save vacation time with e-learning. Take advantage and do the theory at home comfortably. The theoretical part will take 4-10 hours depending on the course. You will do the test and exam online and once at your destination, you will do the pool practice and scuba dives with your Dressel Divers Instructor.
The sales representative will explain in detail how it works and will be at your disposal in case you have any questions during the process.
After finishing your course with us, you can continue diving during your vacation as a certified diver!

SCUBA DIVING

The Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program allows you to experience the thrill of diving with an instructor.
It is not a diving certification. You will be able to dive up to 12 meters. You always will be accompanied by a professional.
The DSD includes a theoretical session (1 hour) + a practical training session in the pool (1 hour) + 2 ocean dives with equipment included.
Only in Jamaica, you also have this other option:
theory session (1h) + a practical pool training session (1h) + 1 ocean dive including equipment. One day: Theory & (pool in the morning + 1 dive in the afternoon)
Requirements: From 10 years old. Good health.
