My wife, my ten years old son and myself have done an Open water certification at Bayahibe, Republica Dominicana, and we would like to thanks all the staff there for their friendliness and profesionalism: Tatiana (our instructor), Fred, Boby, Andre (the cameraman).... It\'s our second time with Dressels in Bayahibe and we recomend it to anyone that wants to dive: nice place, nice reefs and nice people. |

Our family of 4 participated in 4 dives at Barcelo Maya, Mexico (Mayan Riviera) with your Company. We had a spectacular time. Your staff was friendly, helpful and made us all feel most welcome. They put my family at easy as this was our first open water dive. We were assigned to Michele Jackiewicz.! While all your staff was friendly she dove with us on all of our dives and was a true leader. We'd also like to acknowledge a few other members of your staff as we found them to be very friendly, helpful and experienced. Carlotta, Sebastian, Amanda and Sergio all helped to make our experience a very memorable enjoyable one. Thanks so much.....we will be back and won't hesitate to recommend your company. Estimada Nathalie: Ya de vuelta en Madrid después de mis vacaciones de verano, quería darte de nuevo las gracias por toda la ayuda que me habéis prestado y mandarte este mensaje para que supieras lo satisfecho que estoy con la profesionalidad y con el trato de todo vuestro equipo del Iberostar Paraiso - Playa del Carmen - México. Siguiendo tus sugerencias, me puse en contacto con ellos el mismo día en que llegué y fuí magníficamente atendido por Paul quien, a partir de ese momento y a pesar de todas sus obligaciones siempre estupendamente atendidas, estuvo permanentemente pendiente de mi durante las dos semanas que duró mi estancia en México. Las recogidas en mi hotel fueron siempre puntuales y magníficamente organizadas. Pero mis mejores elogios son para Felipe. Un magnífico monitor de buceo a la altura de los mejores que he podido encontrar en el Atlántico, en el Pacífico o en el Índico. Su preparación física y técnica está al máximo nivel pero lo que me resultó más grato fue su amabilidad y su trato. En todo momento fué mi mejor referencia y mi mejor amigo. No tengo sufientes elogios que dedicarle porque, francamente, superó todas mis espectativas. Tampoco querría dejar de dar las gracias al resto del equipo. No cito sus nombres para no correr el riesgo de olvidarme de alguno pero patrones, monitores de buceo, encargados de la base y hasta el magnífico video-camarógrafo que tenéis allí, fueron un ejemplo de profesionalidad, amabilidad y eficacia. I just wanted to let you know that I was VERY WELL taken care of (Both my wife and I) by Justin and his crew. Nat got my wife to be comfortable in the water. This was her first trip after certification in June 2010 and she was very nervous. I can't say enough for what confidence that Nat instilled in my wife. She told me that she was ready to abort the dive after 2 minutes but Nat calmed her down far better than I ever could. In fact, my wife is now completely hooked on diving and cannot wait until our next trip. (My wife just typed this last sentence in) Nat also worked with me on my Nitrox certification as well as Jake Tony, Kate, and Sophie also did a GREAT job. Your entire staff located there interacted with all the customers and got to know who they were and their qualifications. I observed on many next occasions the dive masters reviewing personal papers to understand the group they were leading on the dive. Dear Elise and Monica, Thank you for organising the diving course for Tatiana and me for last week at the Iberostar Bayahibe. Our instructors were "Wao". We would like in particular to thank 3 of them whose calm and professionalism made it possible for Tatiana to complete a course, which, at the beginning, scared her.... Frederick from Canada, Julie from Belgium and Tatiana from Brazil made us feel very safe and explained everything very patiently. Something we wanted to comment on also was how well the "instructing" team works together. It is very pleasant as a "customer" / "student" when everyone gets on together, and there is no conflict / jealousy / bad spirit. At the Iberostar Bayahibe we were very impressed how well everyone spoke nicely to each other, and joked a lot in a nice way. We would love to recommend this dive center to anyone interested in OW or AOW. Do not hesitate to publish part of this email on your web-site if this assists you. I had a superb diving experience at the Barcelo hotel near Cancun in August 2010. I was consistently impressed by the top quality of the staff and I would recommend them to anyone interested in diving. They are excellemt teachers, friendly and easy to work with. But more important, they are real pros. They take no chances and they go strictly by the book. Although I am a beginner, I am very excited about returning next year and continuing my diving.Tom K.
